How to make the dumbbell drill press easier

When I first learned to bench press, I was taught by my coaches to hold onto the bar as hard as I could.

I’d have to put some weight on the bar so I could press it.

And I always used the dumbbeks, which I thought were the best.

But it turns out that holding onto the dumbbs for long periods of time can hurt your back, shoulders, and shoulders, so I decided to make them shorter.
