The outbreak was first reported on Thursday, when health officials in Portland confirmed the presence of the coronavirus in the city.
It was the first confirmed case in the state since the beginning of the outbreak.
The health department has said the outbreak is contained.
The Oregonian newspaper reports that there were two coronaviruses in the region, one in central Oregon and one in the western part of the state.
The virus has caused more than 300 deaths in the United States.
The outbreak has also prompted some US states to impose quarantine laws, which are designed to limit exposure to people who have not yet been diagnosed.
The CDC has warned that people should stay away from infected places, including parks, shopping malls, public buildings and airports.
In Oregon, officials are also urging people to stay home until symptoms are gone.
